Returns and Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it free of charge or issue a refund.

For public health and product safety reasons, opened or used veterinary medicinal products, and those whose special storage conditions have been compromised, cannot be returned.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3 working days.
