How can I order prescription products?
Prescription products are sold only with a veterinary prescription. We contact you after you place your order for prescription details; nothing is dispatched before verification.
What is a withdrawal period?
A withdrawal period is the time that must pass after administering a medicine before milk or meat from the animal may be consumed. Product pages list milk and meat withdrawal periods. Refer to the product leaflet and your veterinarian for definitive information.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 14:00 are dispatched the same day; later orders are dispatched on the next working day.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders of TRY 1,500 or more. For smaller orders, shipping costs TRY 89.90.
Do you offer bulk purchase discounts?
Yes. We prepare special price quotes for farms and businesses based on herd size. Request a quote through our contact page.
Can I return or exchange a product?
For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. Report damaged or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery; we will arrange an exchange.
